Site Delopment Plan, Ohana Place

Across a sprawling three hectares of tropical terrain, seven condominiums will rise in Ohana Place, echoing the key locations and destinations of Hawaii: Hanalei, Honolulu, Maui, Lanai, Kauai, Anahola, and Lanikai. And looking at the big picture to further appreciate the Hawaiian concept, the shape of the site mirrors that of the Hawaiian islands.

A condominium development near Alabang, Muntinlupa City, the Ohana Place. Design details applied to all development structures, from the condominium buildings to the Luau Paviliion, were adopted from traditional Polynesian Homes and rendered into modern designs, creating a distinct architecture all Ohana's own.
